The Medical Center offers both Family Medicine, Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Open Access/Walk-in care services to meet all of your medical needs in our state-of-the-art facility. Here, University Faculty, composed of Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Medical Students, work together to provide you with the optimal healthcare and education that is most beneficial to you and your family.

We offer two locations for your convenience:

The Medical Center - Pomona
Located at 795 E. Second Street, 2nd floor, Suite 5.

The Medical Center - Rancho Cucamonga
Located at 8112 Milliken Ave, Suite 101.

 Prompt care for urgent issues is also available through our Open Access program.

The Medical Center offers a full range of primary care services, including:
