Who does the Patient Care Center serve?

The Patient Care Center serves all residents in the Pomona Valley and Rancho Cucamonga areas, as well as Western University students, faculty and staff.

 

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments are scheduled through the individual Centers by phone. Simply click on the Center that you wish to schedule an appointment with and the phone number will be displayed. For each Center, information for Appointment Once you access the center you want, select the "Make an Appointment" button on your left.

 

How do I get to the Patient Care Centers?

Our Pomona PCC is located at 795 E. Second Street in Downtown Pomona.  Our Rancho Cucamonga PCC is located at 8112 Milliken Avenue, Suite 101-2, Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

 

Where do I park my car? Does it cost money to park?

Parking is free for all patients at both of our PCC locations. For the Pomona PCC, parking is on the first three levels of the parking garage located on the southwest corner of Towne Avenue and Second Street. Handicap parking is available on the first floor of the parking garage. There is also a convenient Patient Drop Off Area in front at the west entrance of the Patient Care Center.  Parking for the Rancho Cucamonga PCC is located right next to the building.
